The content every SaaS/AI business needs
People think products are what make or break a company. This is partly true. But just because you have a great product, doesn’t mean customers know how to use it. Products become more valuable the more you know how to do with them. At this point, I’ve spent so many years editing in Davinci Resolve, it’d be a pain to switch to capcut or premier pro.
So every SaaS company needs a creator making educational content on how to use your product.
Companies that do this well:
You can also do this by getting creators to make content about it. Notion crushed it with this strategy. But creators are hard to manage, and the good ones cost a lot of money. It’s worth doing yourself (even if you also tap in creators).
p.s. the next iteration of this is training LLMs on your product so they have near-perfect information on how to help customers. Most LLMs are terrible at delivering specific advice on how to use SaaS products (most recently I asked ChatGPT for help with Descript, and it borderline ruined my product).
